Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

• U.S. orders: delivery typically takes 1–4 business days after processing.
  
  

• International orders (including EU): delivery typically takes 4–10 business days after processing.
  
  

Please note: Shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses are available only for U.S. and U.S. territories.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Botanik is not liable for any delays caused by customs.
