Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and sealed in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 


 

How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
